1. Introduction
Welcome to steadyme, offering Self-management courses for consistent execution via steadyme.pro. 2. Scope of the Agreement
These terms apply to all bookings, digital content purchases, and merchandise orders made through steadyme.pro.
3. Services (Courses and Workshops)
Our Self-management courses and workshops are scheduled events delivered online or in person. To modify a booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date. If you inform us earlier, your payment will be processed back to the original method within 14 days and you may reschedule once without charge.
If cancellation occurs fewer than 7 days before the event, no reimbursement is available due to preparation and staffing commitments.
4. Informational Products
Digital courses, e-guides, and video materials become accessible immediately after purchase. You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of download or access provided no more than 10% of the content has been viewed. To request a reimbursement, please use our contact form or call +41768513047. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Physical Goods
Merchandise orders must be in their original condition and shipped back within 30 days of delivery at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the items, the payment will be processed back to your original method within 14 days. Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
6. Refund Handling
All reimbursement requests are handled through our support team. Use the contact form for submission. Please include your order number and reason. Once approved, we will process the reimbursement using the original payment channel without any direct mention of banking procedures. No reimbursement is provided for custom or group sessions confirmed fewer than 7 days before the start.
7. Transfers and Rescheduling
Course bookings may be transferred to another date once at no extra charge if requested at least 7 days before the event. Further changes may incur a fee or be declined depending on availability.
8. No Reimbursement Services
Certain premium or bespoke coaching services are non-reimbursable due to the tailored planning and expert assignment required. Such offerings are marked clearly during the booking process, and you acknowledge this policy upon confirmation.
